    Take her over to the mirror. Tell her that this is the face you see every day and you don’t want it to change. Tell her that you think she is beautiful the way she is and that lip augmentation isn’t necessary. If that doesn’t work, tell her you’ll get a facial tattoo if she gets lip augmentation!

    She’s your wife and it sounds like you really love her, I’m sure you guys have a good relationship.
    Just be honest, tell the truth, tell her how gorgeous you think she is naturally. Tell her you don’ t think its necessary, explain to her that there is a risk involved and that you dont want her natural beauty to be spoiled by surgery.
    If she really doesnt change her mind, then I suggest that you support her in anyway possible.

    i think if she’s made up her mind about it, there’s nothing you can do. it’s really her decision, but remind her that you love her minus the lip augmentation, but you will love her with it as well.

    Also show her photos of celebrities with lip augmentations. They no doubt get the most high-end brand ones they can with the most high-end surgeons, and they RARELY look good or natural!
